On the afternoon of August 28, STONKAM successfully held the first reading sharing meeting for new employees in order to promote relationship among them and their understanding of learning culture of STONKAM. Colleagues from human resources department and all new employees in 2020 participated in this activity.
Taking the form of tutoring + discussion, the meeting specially invited Ms. Liang from China Time Business School to guide the sharing by playing relevant videos of key chapters for participants before putting forwards some questions and conducting some interactions relating to Working Methods. Before the meeting, all new employees were given books recommended by STONKAM --Working Methods. 29 new employees were divided into 4 groups and discussed with each other according to Ms. Liangs questions.
At the meeting, the new employees expressed their opinions, talked freely about reading experience, exchanged reading perceptions and doubts in reading. They actively discussed different opinions, met friends through literature, and listened to different voices. The event ended successfully in the warm atmosphere of the participants.
This unique reading sharing meeting has increased the interest of employees in reading. We hope that all employees can learn to think through reading, improve themselves through continuous learning, and gradually become excellent professionals in the workplace!
