STONKAM successfully held the 28th outdoor development activities for new employees

In order to promote communication between new employees, enhance their awareness of team cohesion and cooperation, and teach them to be determined, initiative, and persistent, STONKAM held an outdoor development activity for new employees on August 29th.

After new employees arrived at the site at 9: 30 am, the coach quickly led everyone into the atmosphere of team building. Under the coach’s instruction, they were grouped into three teams and each team selected a leader. And then they began to play meaningful and interesting games, like Hot Wheels, The Magical Brush, South-to-North Water Diversion and so on. While having a great time in games, teammates built up tacit mutual understanding between each other and enhanced their teamwork spirit.

At lunch time, everybody was busy in barbecuing and finally had a wonderful barbecue lunch.

STONKAM holds all kinds of activities for employees every year, including R&D innovation awards, badminton competition, basketball competition, quiz, photograph competition and so on, in order to encourage employees to keep making progress and challenging themselves, promote teamwork spirit, and become a better men.
