On the afternoon of June 13th, in order to set up an effective communication channel between new employees and the company, understand their ideas and help them solve practical problems in their work and life, Human Resources Center of STONKAM organized the 30th new employee symposium. More than 30 new employees from R&D Center, Marketing Center and Human Resources Center attended the symposium.
The process of the symposium is as follows:
Firstly, everyone who is new to STONKAM made an introduction respectively in a new way of finding similarities.
Secondly, Mr. Shi Ximin, general manager of STONKAM, expressed his welcome and congratulations to the new employees, and hoped that everyone could implement "learning culture, competition culture and team culture" of STONKAM from their own perspective.
Then came the question-and-answer part of the symposium, many new employees in different departments actively asked Mr. Shi Ximin questions, including why he chose to develop the vehicle industry, what was the founding opportunity of STONKAM, how STONKAM responded to market challenges and so on. Mr. Shi Ximin gave a pragmatic answer one by one!
STONKAM is a stage full of dreams and hopes, and will be another "harbor" for new employees' life. We are looking forward to the new employee's contribution to the next generation of AI intelligent vehicle industry in the race track of STONKAM.
